Welcome to The Garden Studio, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Creston Valley, BC! I create intricate mixed media collages brimming with texture, color, and joy—perfect for creative women like you who find delight in bringing a touch of nature indoors.

My Journey As An Artist
I’ve been an artist for over two decades, starting with watercolors before falling in love with the vibrant, layered possibilities of mixed media collage. Surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the Kootenay region and the shimmering shores of Kootenay Lake, I draw endless inspiration from the beauty around me. My husband, Gabby, my yorkshire terrier, and I love boating, beachcombing, and soaking up the sunshine along its peaceful shoreline.
What Makes My Art Special
Each painting begins with layers of colorful, torn papers and thoughtful phrases—like planting seeds of beauty and happiness. As the collage evolves, intricate designs of flowers and birds come to life, echoing the charm of nature and the serenity it brings.
